Is there a way to amend a document once submitted?
Answer summary
Once a document is submitted for a visa application, changes can't generally be made. However, you may contact the embassy for possible corrections. If allowed, you can re-upload a corrected document but only before hitting the submit button. After submission, if the embassy requests more documents, you can combine them with the submission.

OPOk thanks I’ve sent an email, i could not find the entry stamp in my passport so thought it wasn’t done and mentioned it in my cover letter but have since found it in the earlier pages of my passport.

You can reupload a corrected document in the same document field but once you hit the submit button nothing else can be done. If the embassy requests further documents you can combine it with your submission
