TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a DTV visa, all document submissions must be done online through the e-visa system, not via email. Bank statements should be either clear PDF downloads from your bank or clear scans/photos of official paper statements. Ensure that the documents clearly show your name, account number, dates, and balance to meet the requirements.

For DTV, you normally upload documents online through the e-visa system — not email.

Bank statements should be:

• Clear PDF downloads from your bank or

• Clear scans/photos of official paper statements

They must show your name, account number, dates, and balance clearly.

Funny.

They want to use paper documents (hard copies) to send to a website

and

using a telephone app when asked for cash.

So hard to follow digital people.

All documents submissions are online so they must be digital documents.
