What should I do if I need to provide additional documents for my Thailand tourist visa before my flight?

Hey everyone. I filed for a 60 day tourist visum online (I'll probably get a 60 day exemption when I land but that one can't be extended) . Probably due to Songkran nothing happened for ten days. Then a mail came in this afternoon, asking for more documents. I can provide those, mostly, but I'm flying tomorrow evening. Should I still try? They want my flight ticket from Kuala Lumpur (where I'm now) to Thailand and my flight out. The first one I have, the second I can book. But then it gets complicated:

(From the Embassy email):

Travel booking confirmation: Please upload flight ticket from Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur and flight ticket out of Thailand (please make sure the accommodation is covering the whole stay in Thailand).

Document indicating current location: Please upload stay permit in Indonesia.

Now the stay permit in Indonesia is not a very clear document nowadays. But I can see what I can do. But I only have a hotel booked for the first week, after that it's still open. What can I do? Any help is appreciated

(Yes, I want to go for a pension visum after this, but first spend more time here to make sure. Been in Thailand for 4 months last year, in two separate journeys)

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing complications with their 60-day tourist visa application for Thailand, having received a request for additional documents just before their flight. They seek advice on whether to submit the documents on short notice and express concerns about meeting the accommodation requirements and providing a stay permit from Indonesia.

If you're eligible for 60 day exemption, why are you even getting a visa? Just fly there and think about these things 2 months later.

You can get a 30 day tourism extension on visa exempt the same as you can get on a tourist visa.
