TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is concerned about losing their 90-day report receipt and forgetting the next reporting date. Community responses suggest visiting the Immigration Office to explain the situation and requesting a replacement receipt. Some share experiences of needing to file a police report for lost receipts and emphasize that keeping records of immigration dates can help. It’s noted that it's possible to estimate the reporting date based on previous extensions and that there is a window of compliance for reporting. Helpful advice includes going to Immigration to discuss options and considering the extension stamp in the passport for estimating the next report date.

And what if I never had any receipt? they didn't give me any receipt when I got my first extension, I had been traveling in and out since I got my first extension so never went for report but now my date is due tomorrow. My first ever 90 days report
, nope, if you left the country before that date, what you do is you count the number of days since you've been back in the country and your 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you returned to thailand. (They count the day you arrive as day one)

Oops, yes they gave me this, but I guess I lost it. 27march was mentioned on it but I traveled out before that date..
Should i go for police report or just give a try without that

when you get your first yearly extension of stay most immigration offices staple this into your passport. It states that your first 90 day report is due 90 days after you got your extension granted.

Only an anecdotal story but I know a few people who left the country and returned. Because the receipt of them doing a 90 day report has the next report date on it and if you exit/re-enter the country it resets the clock so the date would be wrong they threw away that receipt.
When they went to do a new 90 day report (at Chaengwattana) without the old receipt the officer made them go to the nearest police station and file a police report stating they lost it before they could come back and file their 90 day report.
So the moral of the story (sometimes is) no matter what date is on that 90 day report receipt as far as your next report don't throw it out.

I agree Robert a visit would solve the problem. I just was not going to assume that the Immigration Office was nearby - some Farangs in Thailand have to travel a long way to the Immigration office. I wonder if the Immigration Office staff would clear this up with a phone call? Especially with a Thai speaking partner.

Simple solution is visit Immigration and tell them you lost it and ask for a replacement.

But I see that my habits may not apply to the OP's situation. However, a 3 week window of compliance does allow for an approximation of the next report date most times... IMO

I have never encountered that before but my dates while not 100% synced they are very close - more than close enough to fall within a two week before and one week after window if I had to guess because of a lost report slip. But I have always done my Extensions within 2 days or so of Extension expiry which coincided very closely with the 90 day report schedule over time. Also I had always done my 90 day report on the exact day scheduled.

I dunno how much looking at the current extension of stay stamp will help :/ At least in Bangkok extensions of stays and 90 day reporting has nothing to do with each other (other than the very first time you get an extension when they give you the paper stating when your 90 day report is due).
When you get another year extension they don't sync your 90 day reporting to it.

If you can estimate the date of the last 90 day report down to a 2 week spread... Then go to immigration and check... Remember you can report 2 weeks before the date and one week after. Another better way - you have a stamp in your passport - the date you were given an Extension of Stay... Check that and count 90 day intervals...
