Hi ! I have and ED visa and want to ask for a re-entry permit to travel out of Thai (first time i do this)

Can you guys help me with these questions?

1- What documents do i need?

2- Is it conceded inmediately (i go to inmigration office with the documents, pay and it is done?)

3- If not, with how many days in advance should i apply?

4- Any other tip/advice is welcome !!

Just to be safe you might want to get something from the school showing you are on temporary Holiday or something and expected return date school will resume.

You can go to Immigration office at Airport, pay about 2000 and spend time 1-2 hr. inadvance. AND should you inform you school before fly out bcoz you are a student.

If you're flying out of a major airport you can do it at the airport, otherwise you'll need to do it at your local immigration office, a TM30, your passport and a passport photo plus the application form should do it. Be aware though that people leaving on ED visas while they are meant to be studying may have issues returning
