I sent my 90 day report to Chaengwattana immigration via EMS on 12 April 2021 . It was due to expire 9 May . I haven’t received the slip by post yet. Tried calling 1178. Nobody picking up . I’ve got the EMS receipt . Do I take that to impact as evidence or is there an easy way to fix this problem ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about not receiving the slip for their 90-day report sent to Chaengwattana immigration via EMS, which was due by May 9, 2021. They received no feedback from the immigration office after trying to call but have an EMS receipt. Community members suggest verifying EMS delivery through the Thai post tracking system and mention that delays can take weeks, advising the user to remain calm as their next report is not due until August.

Mine just took 2 months to come back ... if the EMS trace shows it was received, you should be fine.

I've had the same problem with the Kalasin Office, I was also due on the ninth. EMS tracing shows they received my report on the 7th, I have not received notification yet. Fortunately I was able to get hold of Kalasin Immigration, and talked to a very nice lady who spoke very good English. She said the notification was in the mail and not to worry.

Calm down, it's taking close to 6 weeks to get the 90 day receipts back from Chaengwattana.

Go into Thai post track and trace, confirm that the EMS packet was delivered.

Your next 90 day report isn't due until early August, so just confirm they got it, relax and wait for them to put your receipt in the self addressed stamped enveloped you included in the packet and mail it back to you
