Do I need to visit the Nonthaburi immigration office for my next 90-day report after moving to Bangkok?

I did my last 90-day report via the immigration website in February, downloaded the receipt for my application, and received my confirmation email the following day.

When I went back in to print my new report date form to staple into my passport, the system was down. Of course, it is still down weeks later. I can easily print both my most recent application receipt and confirmation email.

To add one more little wrinkle, I will be moving from Nonthaburi to BKK before my next 90-day report due date.

My question is this: since the next report date form is required for my next TM47, do I need to visit my local immigration office (Nonthaburi) to have a form printed? Or will my latest TM47 application receipt and confirmation email be sufficient?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on whether they need to visit the Nonthaburi immigration office to print the required 90-day report form after experiencing issues with the online system and planning to move to Bangkok. Responses highlight the importance of keeping the application receipt and confirmation email as proof of reporting, due to ongoing problems with the online system. Suggestions include filing a new TM30 after moving and clarifying that the next report date is counted from the last filing date.

This is not an answer to your question, but regarding the website, the government has canceled its contract with that IT provider, so it’s not going to be back up anytime soon.

- I saw that the website certificate had been revoked, and I guess this explains why.

I don't even know IF Nonthaburi (or any immigration office) can access the online system to print a 90 day report receipt right now.

Count the 90 days from the date you received the email and keep BOTH the "90 day pending status" paper you printed and the email saying your report was approved because IF the online site doesn't come up before your next due date you're going to need them to prove you did a 90 day report so you don't get a 2000baht fine for failure to file

Move to your new address and file a new TM30 address.

Use that immigration office for the next scheduled 90 days report.

It's not from the date you file the new TM 30

It's from the date still on your receipt last time reported.

- The issue is that I didn't get a receipt from my latest report because the website went down between my report and when I tried to print my receipt with my next reporting date. All I have is the confirmation (PENDING) that I used the reporting website, and the email from immigration that said my report had been accepted.

did you get the email that said your 90 day report was APPROVED? keep that and this pending report you have to show it was.

- If those two bits are all I need, I've got it covered. Thanks for this, and for all you do!
