Hello all, grateful for advice: my wife is on a DTV and traveling to another country for a few days before her 180 days is up. She completed her previous 90 days report on time in person. However she no longer has the paper receipt for her 90 days report.
Could that be a problem when leaving or returning? Presumably its on their system, but just checking.
Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user sought clarification on whether their wife, who is on a DTV visa and traveling abroad before her 180-day period is up, would face issues due to not having the paper receipt for her previous 90-day report. A commenter clarified that passport control officers do not check for the 90-day report when leaving the country, and the lack of the receipt should not cause any problems during departure or return.

This is a big misunderstanding with people who do 90-day reports.
The officers at passport control when you stamp out of the country do not care if you ever filed a 90-day report, because that's not their job, they just stamp you in and out.
They cannot see on the system if you did a 90-day report again because it is nothing to do with them.
There is no issue not having the 90 day report receipt when you go to leave the country just have her present the passport and stamp out like normal
