Hiya I have to do my second 90 day report which was due Jan 4. The online service is saying I need to go into an office. The Bangkok office (Muang Thong Thani) won't open again until Monday, Jan 11. Will I be fined ? Is there another office open on the weekend ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user needs to file their second 90-day report, which was due on January 4. They are concerned about potential fines and office hours. According to a response, the report can be filed in person from 15 days before the due date until 7 days after without a fine. This means they have until January 11 to file, or else face a fine of 2000 baht. It is advised to make an appointment to avoid long queues.

and on that note we're done. I think the O/P can manage to go out and file a 90 day report with the information they have.

Stay safe, take care

you can apply for a 90 day report from 15 days before down until 7 days AFTER the due date. Once it's past 7 days late you pay a 2000baht fine.

Here's an example; IF your actual 90 day due date is on Feb 17th, you can apply in person from Feb 3rd until Feb 24th. On Feb 25th you'll get a 2000baht fine

You can file a 90 day report in person from 15 days before down until 7 days AFTER the due date without a fine.

That means you have until MONDAY to get your report filed or you'll get a 2000baht fine.

Make an appointment so you don't get caught in the giant queue of people who are there on Mondays

I misunderstood. There's NO problem going out there right now.

I was out there middle of last week going from Lower Sukhumvit Road and got there & back just fine.

I went from South West area of Bangkok, Dao Khanong to Muang Thong Thani immigration on Wednesday, no issues at all. In fact, the quickest commute time ever, the roads are so quiet.
