What should I do if I have been charged twice for a Thai tourist visa application?
question ?I have applied for a tourist visa on the E Visa portal and it happened that I did it two times the first one they say that they didn’t go through and then I applied again and then I checked my account they deducted two fees and after sent me two emails with the receipt what should I do? Should I contact the foreign minister of ministry Number and try to explain to get a refund on the second apply? Regards

You won't get a refund. The fee is for the application, not for the visa per se, you applied twice and paid twice
