What should I do about receiving notifications from the Morchana app when there are none visible?

Hi

I keep getting a notification from the Morchana app. It’s in Thai ( brilliant ),

But when I open up the app there are no notifications.

I’ve already done the second pcr test and it was negative.

Does anyone here have the same problem?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is receiving notifications on the Morchana app but finds no visible alerts upon opening the app. They have already completed their second PCR test with negative results. Other users shared similar experiences, with some indicating that the app was unreliable and suggested deleting it. Concerns were raised about uploading RT-PCR test results, especially for those who arrived before the requirement was implemented, leading to a shared sentiment of being cautious but not overly worried.

I done my one night quarantine at citrus grande hotel in pattaya on 24th Dec. Got out Christmas day morning. Done my 2nd pcr on the 30th at bang Lamung Hospital. 2 days later they contact me to say its positive so had to go to hospital on the 2nd Jan for blood pressure tests oxygen tests and xray. Then taken to my quarantine Hotel for 10 nights

I've had notifications from the Morchana 3 days running (starting day 12), none show on the app itself. They keep asking for my 6-7 day RT-PCR test result to be uploaded. I arrived on

, b4 it became a requirement. Can't turn back time so just crossing fingers no harm comes of it. Consensus on FB is "don't worry".

This morning I contacted my SHA hotel, and they were able to upload it to the app.

The link in the notification isn’t working anyways. So I don’t really see how it’s possible to report it.

I deleted it as it never worked for me

Apparently you have to report the second pcr test yourself, but I have no idea where to report it.
