Hi 

I applied for non-0 visa

I received a request from the Thai embassy asking for additional document from 

A school with an invitation with my name on letter 

This document is entirely a different visa application from what I requested.   I have sent 

A email to their web site 

Explaining the error is there anything else I can do

Upload a pdf of the letter explaing the error to the section of the application thats requesting additional info. That worked for me. It's about the only way for the person doing your application to see it. Generic emails to the website are unlikely to be seen by the person processing your application

Both my husband and myself filed on the same day on the

13 of November he received his visa within three days

Is there anything other then sending them a email which I did

Check y'r request ? School is with 'ED' (From EDucation) visa I think 🤷‍♂️ Maybe asked non imm. O with another category like volunteering or so. If you really requested a non imm. O (based on retirement 🤷‍♂️) they should correct it.
