What should I do before leaving Thailand if I'm not obtaining a Re-entry Visa and my work contract is ending?
Good day there! Can anyone perhaps give advice regarding the following: I have asked the company I currently work for, to have my contract terminated by end of September, as it now stands both my Visa and Work Permit will expire in beginning February 2026. I plan on returning to Thailand later next year for which I'll obviously have to go through the whole process again. Now my question: Is there anything I have to do now on my side before I fly out on 1 October 2025? Unlike other departures, I won't be getting the Re-entry Visa, so will that automatically terminate my stay here? Any advice or comments will be appreciated !
