I am here on APEC, i do not need to report to immigration, just in and out every 90 days, do i still need to do TM30? As what i know, my landlord has not done that for me. Is that mean i can also not to report it? I am going to flying out this weekend and fly back next, will i be stopped when i fly back in? 

Can/Will the immigration desk in the airport check my TM30? Thanks.
