Hello Everyone Advice Needed for Non Imm O Visa based on Thai child.
I have been rejected for Non Imm O Visa from both UK and Irish Consulates (dual passports)
What is the best thing to do now? I am named on the birth certificate and have been legitimised in court too, we are a family just not married. I regularly leave Thailand for work so I have no issues for overstay and have been swapping between passports when entering Thailand but am sick of the uncertainty.
Any advice from people who have received 1 year multiple entry Non Imm o visas recently perhaps from Vientiane, Savvahket or elsewhere would be very much appreciated.
Thank you 😊
