My child is 6 and I know I have to complete seperate application.
However, they ask for spouse/child to have bank account and money in it and proof of location. Is this just wording suited to the adult application or do I need these things for child? What would I use as proof of location? In the UK. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The visa application process for your child does require a separate application. While the application requests bank account information and proof of location, these requirements can vary. For a child, you may be able to utilize your own bank account for financial proof. As for proof of location, acceptable documents include your passport ID page, a driver's license, residence registration, utility bills, or a bank letter showing your name and address.
Proof of location usually just to upload the ID-page of your passport one more time, your driver licence, print screen of residence registration, utility bill or bank letter with name and address. For a child u use option one.
You might risk they’ll email you ask you to upload all pages including blank ones in your passport.
