I have been waiting from the 12th to get my extra 15 days and every time I call immigration to see if it’s come they keep telling me to call again tomorrow, even if I got the 15 days extra on this covid extension then it would still run out on the 27th so what do I do.
Any advice.
Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing delays in obtaining a 15-day extension for their visa and seeks advice on how to proceed, as they are being told to call immigration daily for updates without resolution. Commenters suggest visiting the immigration office in person to clarify the situation, as different offices may have varying procedures regarding extensions due to COVID-19.

What I suggest doing is going to the immigration office directly and ask them directly. I don't know which immigration office you're using, and some immigration offices are letting people stay until April 30th as part of the amnesty, and others want people to come in directly to complete the under consideration stamp.
I got the first 15days extension then the told me to come back on the 12th to get the remainder which everyday I call they still keep saying it’s not there today call again tomorrow
