Do I need a 'fit to fly' certificate to enter Thailand with a non O-A visa?

I have obtained a non O-A and COE from the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles. My flight is next week. I will get a covid test on Monday, which is required for entry into Thailand. Do I also need the 'fit to fly' certificate?
