TLDR : Answer Summary
When landing in Bangkok on an OA visa and undergoing ASQ, you should have your passport with the Thai visa, Certificate of Entry (COE), proof of insurance including Covid coverage, ASQ hotel confirmation, a copy of your RT-PCR test, and possibly the Thailand Plus app installed. Additionally, be prepared to provide your accommodation address after ASQ, and ensure you have both the hotel invitation letter and the booking receipt as some travelers noted the latter was checked.

Make sure to have not just the invitation letter from the hotel, but the booking receipt as well. That’s the one thing that tripped us up. Nobody checks the app at all.
You should be good with what you will have in play. The address after ASQ they never asked me for in January but it is on the list of “must haves”. I go back in 8 weeks and that is all I need also. “Good Luck” and safe flights.
I went through it a month ago , and you have everything. I was also asked about the address I would stay after ASQ. I gave them my condo address and all was good.
The T-8 form what is the process of doing that ? you just print the form out answer all the questions and have it on you when you arrive in Thailand Immigration ?
