Can a foreigner extend their Non O visa for one year based solely on having a Thai child?
Hey people. A friend of mine has a Thai child, not legally married, wanna do an extension.
1. Can he do a year of extension just based on the child?
2. As he has a Non O visa now, during extension he needs to fill up the normal extension form but does he need to fill up the 3 declaration forms?
