Hey people. A friend of mine has a Thai child, not legally married, wanna do an extension.
1. Can he do a year of extension just based on the child?
2. As he has a Non O visa now, during extension he needs to fill up the normal extension form but does he need to fill up the 3 declaration forms?
Help appreciated. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A foreigner with a NON-O visa can apply for a one-year extension based on having a Thai child, even if they are not legally married. During the extension process, they must fill out the standard extension form. Additionally, it is advisable to check whether the three declaration forms are required, given the specific circumstances surrounding their visa category and application.
