We are getting a few cases of people forging our documents. The embassy call us and ask for confirmation that the client is genuine, that's how we catch them out.

If you want to complain, maybe you post here openly how much do you change for giving a document/confirmation?

Isn't selling a package of trainings not enough as any other gym is doing?

I guess you'll need to use a stamp and signature to authenticate your documents, or a client number.

Honestly I think it is expected. Hopefully Thailand ban these people. Then again, they just have to replace their passport.
