Has anyone ever received a visa rejection email, only to find that their application was actually approved upon checking the Thai e-Visa portal?
Answer summary
The post inquires whether someone has experienced receiving a visa rejection email while their application was actually approved on the Thai e-Visa portal. Comments discuss past instances of the opposite occurring—getting an approval email but finding a denial on the system. Practical advice is offered about the importance of checking the official system over what the emails state, as well as suggesting to inform the consulate about potential technical glitches that can mislead applicants.

Worth highlighting to the concerned Consulate so that the system is made aware of tech glitches that translate to applicants being caught in the limbo!
I read the opposite here a few years ago. An approval email but the visa on the system was denied or canceled. Said so, what it's on the system is what matters, not the email.
