What does it mean if my visa application status is 'request document' but there's no upload option?
On Wednesday l was asked to upload 2 additional documents and l did. On Thursday l signed in into my account and on the status it keeps saying 'request document' when l click the red dot there is no place to upload but it is just blank. What does this mean?

If it is blank then it means you've already uploaded docs and can't do it again. Just wait a few days for someone to review
