Is thaievisa.go.th a legitimate site for DTV visa applications?
[members only]/ - is it a real site? I opened an application for the DTV visa, paid, was asked for more info - but can't get into the site ever again and the verification email never comes, not even into spam. Now it says the pw is wrong so reset pw but again the verification email never comes, not even into spam. I called all the numbers in London and Thailand, emailed all the emails and used messenger...what to do? Do they exist? Or are they a scam?
Summary so far
The user is concerned about the legitimacy of thaievisa.go.th, after facing difficulties accessing their account for a DTV visa application. They've paid for the visa, but cannot receive the necessary verification email for account recovery, and have attempted to contact the embassy without success. Commenters confirm the website is legitimate but suggest possible reasons for the user's issues, such as typos in the email address or problems with receiving emails in general.

In the reset password dialog type your email address out, do not copy and paste. Ensure the entered captcha code is upper and lower case as seen. Search your emails for the registration confirmation email, use keyword "thaievisa"

they never would have received and activated the confirmation link email if the address was badJohan **************
This is the correct website. Communication with embassies is more difficult. Depends on the embassy how and when they respond.
