Update: 

On Friday, June 20th, I received a request for a business registration again. This was one of the first additional documents requested, I sent the entity search on the state of Deleware's website the first time. 

Sent the actual articles of incorporation this time, over the weekend.

Status changed to pending approval today.

I initially applied from the evisa website, I live in Colorado which is under the LA consulate's jurisdiction.
