Hello everyone,

My fiancée and I both have a non-immigrant VISA and a Work Permit, and we’re both French.

We’re getting married next year in France and after that I’d like to take some time off.

Is it difficult getting a dépendant VISA ? What’s the process ? Does it have to be done where Work Permit has it been done ?
