TLDR : Answer Summary
To visit Thailand in April, you need to check if you're eligible for a Visa on Arrival. A Thai Pass may still be required, along with a PCR test taken upon arrival. It's necessary to book a test & go package as it helps in obtaining your Thai Pass, and ensure you have health insurance coverage of at least US$ 20,000 per person. Always check your local RTE website or the Thai consulate for the most recent travel regulations and additional documentation that may be required.
