you obviously know about that already. Download it and fill out details seems to be hit and miss if it works, it did for me but many many people say it doesnt.

it’s an app … you fill in all the data and scan the ThaiPass QR Code. then the app generates a QR Code that should be useful. most people here ask for the documents and not for the app. but it’s not bad to have it.
