Just did my SETV 30 day extension in Chiang Rai.This is MY experience so YMMV. I am American and it was my first extension in my passport

Thank you. The search feature worked a treat and James post was spot on. I got what was supposedly the evil meanie female immigration officer according to that forum full of whingers. She was lovely as I had everything in order and paper clipped neatly together for her. Pro tip box of paper clips is 9 baht at Big C.

I provided two coppies of Passport Front page in Color and Black and white. She chose to keep a single color copy.

Two copies of the current Visa and Stamp pages. She only kept one.

Two copies of the TM6 with front and back. Again only kept one.

TM7 form filled out completely. Watch first page as it has items on back to complete. I missed these and she just had me fill them in while at her counter.

Two passport type photos. Again they only kept one.

Make sure you sign each photocopy you provide. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

If you arein Chiang Rai This copy shop was very hepful and only charged me 30 baht for the service.
