How easy is it to extend a visa in Chiang Mai, and what are the requirements?

Chiang Mai extension Update:

Had my TM 7 filled in, photocopy if passport, departure card, stamp and SETV visa. One photo, passports.

No departure flight needed. ☺️☺️

We arrived at 8:30 and was out by 8:50.

If you get a taxi there, I would advise to get a taxi to the airport plaza and then walking 5 min to the immigration building. Cheaper.

No TM30 needed but our Airbnb host did it online so not sure if that affected anything. They didn’t ask for it.
