Just submitted my DTV application yay! Applied as digital nomad from Australia. Cost $600 AUD. Will update this post with the progress.

Also applied for the same from Australia this week but they have asked for a letter detailing approval from my work to work remotely. Problem is my companies policy states they need to see the approved work visa before they grant approval lol...so I've had to push back with my work and tell them I need their approval before I can show them the visa

what day did you apply ? I applied at 4am Tuesday morning but haven’t heard anything (from Sydney consulate) and no update online either

applied on Sunday morning. Heard back from them on Tuesday requesting the letter stating I have approval to work remotely. Hoping they keep the application open until I have it as don't want to waste 600 dollars lol

did you get an email alert for the request of additional information? Or did you have to log back in to the website to check your notification? I’ve been super paranoid about it so I’ve been logging in every few hours to check it
