Documents submitted:

1. Employment contract

2. Letter from company stating I can work remotely in Thailand and will not do business with any Thai companies. (It’s my own company, I did a contract for myself with the company) 

3. 500K baht statement (1 month). I transferred the funds 1 day before.

4. Company Business registration(this was the requested additional document) 

5. Entry stamp + hotel booking

It seems from most reports that Hanoi is quicker than HCMC. I've been pending approval in HCMC for a full week now.
