TLDR : Answer Summary
A user recently shared their experience applying for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) from the UK. They provided necessary documents including bank statements for proof of funds and address, a letter from their employer confirming remote work eligibility, and personal identification. Their application was approved within approximately 26 hours. Other community members discussed the application costs, whether the application had to be made online, and details about the employer letter used. They confirmed that no tax receipts were needed, only a one-month bank statement. Clarifications about applying while being in Thailand versus the UK were also addressed.
