I got approved my DTV as a remote worker from Stockholm after 9 days
I originally uploaded the requested documentation:
* Proof of current address
* Bank account showing current balance of > 500,000 baht and 3 months going back (but only > 500,000 in the current month)
* Employment contract - I appended the remote work permission to the employment contract pdf
They returned and asked for pay slip as well as "Employment Certificate". After some confusion about what this certificate was exactly, I chose simply to re-upload the remote work permission and that was accepted
Finally, they asked for an explanation of how my work could be carried out online and I wrote about 10 lines explaining how my work is carried out only online
I hope this is helpful

TLDR : Answer Summary
I successfully obtained my Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) as a remote worker from Stockholm in just 9 days. The key steps included uploading proof of my current address, a bank statement showing a balance over 500,000 baht, my employment contract with remote work permission, and addressing follow-up requests for a pay slip and an Employment Certificate. Finally, I provided a short explanation of how my work is conducted online.
