TLDR : Answer Summary
To certify a marriage certificate for Thai immigration, take the original document to the Philippine embassy in Thailand. They will assist you in the certification process. It may also involve apostilisation in the Philippines, which can be time-consuming, as reported by others who have undergone similar procedures. Contact the embassy for specific requirements and guidance.

I do wonder if you’re married to a person with a less powerful passport can they share your privileges? Never thought of this question

Write here, or by link of Embassy. Ask your question directly. I would not be surprised if the certificate has to be apostalised in Philippines. I was married to my wife in Thailand. It is registered at Belgian embassy but not bothered to do at Phil 's one. Let us know what they answer. i really hope you not have to get a red ribbon by DFA, took 4 months to have documents, done there.

Thanks, I also hope it's not going to be 4 months. Sounds like an awful process you went through.

And costly. Could be done in a week, time for Belgian embassy to deliver.
