SO... WHAT IS THIS NEW TYPE OF VISA ?? "DTV" ?? and what does one have to do to be able to qualify ?? In short, THIS would indeed be a godsend if it is something that more or less easily allows for a self-sustained foreigner to be able to receive a 180 day stay, as opposed to the 30-60- or even 90 day maximum visits that I had been told were currently the limits. THIS SOUNDS GREAT, and PLEASE help me understand what this category is and any pertinent details.
