TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around recent experiences and tips regarding visa runs from Thailand to Cambodia. Participants discuss the reliability of agents in Cambodia, particularly in Phnom Penh, who can assist with visa applications for a fee, making the process smoother and less time-consuming. I don't think Cambodia is necessarily the best choice if you have substantial visa history. The agents there are good though, very reasonably priced and they will save you two trips out to the embassy (which is not central) for as little as $5-10. I never used Lucky Lucky for a Thai visa but I always did my Cambodian extensions with them and they were good, cheap and reliable.

Agents can be lifesavers, especially if it's your first trip to a new country. I had one save my ass by driving well past the speed limit to the US embassy because my passport ran out of pages. Then, he leant me $100 USD to add pages! I made Thai embassy just in time and didn't need to reschedule my flight. Worth it.

You could try Lucky Lucky Motorcycle Shop in Phnom Penh. they used to "push paper" at the thai consulate there for visas..

What about an agent. Pay a little extra for less questions!?
I think Samwise was talking about getting it faster. He was pointing out you still have to wait 3 days even if you use an agent. $4 is a good deal for sure to not have to go out there twice though.

Au why couldn't they? It was about 2 months ago, I stayed in the "Tuk Tuk Hostel" in Phnom Penh and ask her if I can print the visa application, then she offered me to let her friend do it for me, pay 4$ and I just gave him my stuff and a few days later he came back with my visa, in that time I could see Phnom Penh and didn't need to take care about it

I payed my hostel owner 4$ and gave them all my documents and they did the waiting at the embassy for me, go there and pick it up (Phnom Penh)
