My advice is to avoid Cambodia for visa runs and border bounces, especially Poi Pet.

So many stories of people having problems, getting denied entry etc.

Just go to Laos.

Thai visa service (Google it) does daily border runs to Cambodia.

I don't think any agency does visa runs to Cambodia as the Thai embassy is nowhere near the border. Visa runs usually go to Laos because of the consulate at Vientiane.
