Please can somebody give me the information for a mum and child to enter Thailand landing in Phuket and traveling on 12 April what the rules are

Mum is vaccinated and child only 8 years old unvaccinated 

Do we still do test and go and PCR before leaving the UK 

Sorry but the rules change so much I cannot keep up with the rules
