Good morning....we have Non O Retirement stamp issued 23 May at Chaing Mai. We were told to report 45 days before the expiry date to apply for extension. If this falls on a Saturday do we go before or is it 45 days or less? Hope this makes sense.

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Chiang Mai, you can apply for your NON-O Retirement visa extension when you have 45 days or less remaining on your current visa. This means you can apply any time after reaching that 45-day mark, regardless of whether that day falls on a Saturday.
