Good morning....we have Non O Retirement stamp issued 23 May at Chaing Mai. We were told to report 45 days before the expiry date to apply for extension. If this falls on a Saturday do we go before or is it 45 days or less? Hope this makes sense.

In Chiang Mai you can apply for your yearly extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp.

The officer was telling you the earliest date you could apply, you can do it any time after you have 45 days or less
