Apply for a new yearly extension when you have 30 days or less left on your current extension stamp.
Know the month and year you moved to Thailand (November 2006)
2 copies of each are required
400000 Baht in Thai Bank for 60 days
Update bank book the day 400,000 Baht is deposited
30 days later make a small deposit and update bank book
30 days after that make another small deposit and update the bank book.
On the day you apply for the extension make a small deposit and update the bank book.
Letter from K-Bank (Nong Bua Lamphu) certifying the balance is correct and 400000 for 60 days. The letter must be dated same day as the application for the extension.
Official bank statement printout showing deposit for 60 days (signed and stamped by bank official)
Copy the last 2 months of bank book and the account number page
TM7
2 passport photos
3 pages of passport (picture page, visa, current stamp)
Departure card
Wife's Thai ID card (front and back)
Marriage certificate (front and back)
Khor Ror 2 (Marriage certificate data sheet), "update" stamped at government office next to police station on the same day as application for extension.
