TLDR : Answer Summary
In the Nai Yang area, all Thai bank ATMs charge a withdrawal fee of 250 baht. The maximum withdrawal amount is typically between 20,000 to 30,000 baht per transaction, depending on the bank. Krungsri Bank (yellow ATMs) and Kasikorn Bank (green ATMs) allow withdrawals up to 30,000 baht, subject to your card and bank limits. It's advisable to decline the convenience conversion offered by ATMs and to use your own bank's service for a better exchange rate.

All Thai bank ATMs charge the same 250 baht fee per withdrawal. Just be sure to decline the ATM's offered convenience conversion rate, and let your own bank do the conversion instead, which will always be at the much better official rate. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is

Paul Malcolm Yes, most do. There is one bank that charges (I think) ฿160 but I’ve never found it.
