You cant get a Visa from and atm machine. 555, see what I did there. " About Visas and everything else". Okay, sorry Ill see myself out. Bring cash if you dont want to pay the fees. Someplaces will charge you to pay by CC too. Bring it though. Stuart is a guru and really knows his stuff you can trust his advice. Crisp new 100 bills without any marks on them

Cash can be exchanged everywhere. Lots of kiosks in the tourist resorts or cities. Banks in the more rural places.
