What kind of basic travel medical insurance are people using for their retirement visa. I need to get one and I've never had it before. I am 67.

It's got a very limited and specific scope and that is questions about thai visas/extensions.
You can certainly open a thread in a f/b group that covers where you live in thailand and get as much info as you want on it.

Travel insurance is a good investment and not to be confused with the new OA visa requirement for HEALTH insurance. Some UK banks offer travel insurance as part of their current account packages that's very economical.
