What happens to my annual extension application based on Thai children if I have to wait beyond the 30-day consideration period?

I made an annual extension application based on Thai children on June 24th. The agents came home on July 8th and the 30-day consideration ended on July 24th. I went to immigration but they told me that they still have not had confirmation from the immigration division and to wait for them to call me by phone. And they told me that until September 26th I am covered with amnesty. Anyone have similar experiences, do I have to wait for the phone call or does the annual extension start from September 27th?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the status of their annual extension application based on their Thai children, which has exceeded the 30-day consideration period. They are unsure whether to wait for a phone call from immigration or if the extension starts anew from September 27, despite being informed they are under amnesty until that date.

It happens that the consideration takes longer then the 30 day period stamped in the passport, you wait or contact the immigration to get the remaining 11 months of this Extension stamped in the passport,

The amnesty rules has nothing to do with your application,
