Hi

I want to ask about EDU visa extension case. 

I got a edu visa on July and 1 st extension is 10 sept. 

My school said they are waiting MOE letter for 1st extension. 

My question is what will happen if I don’t get MOE letter on time ?

Why do I need MOE documents again for 1 st extension?

If you don't receive the MOE letter in time for your EDU visa extension, you may have to exit the country before your exit stamp date. It's also possible to switch to a different visa or request a 7-day extension from immigration, but be aware that obtaining a 'get out of town' stamp means you can no longer extend your visa.

MOE allows you to continue the education, with that you can apply for the extension.

If you dont apply in time, you may need to exit before the date on your exit stamp, change visa to another or get maybe a 7 days extra stamp from immigration.

I think (dont know ) you will need the MOE papers every time you extend .

its an exit stamp normaly, to have time to pack your stuff , so you dont overstay

a 7 day denial of extension application is 1900b and you MUST leave Thailand.

You apply for an extension and don't get one, they give you 7 days to leave- IF they give you it.
