TLDR : Answer Summary
To pay for an e-Visa at the Thai consulate in Yangon, you must first apply online for the e-Visa and obtain a 'Request No.' from the payment information summary. You will need to make an appointment to pay in person, as the consulate requires payment to be made onsite after the online application. Some users suggest considering alternatives like Savannakhet or Vientiane for quicker processing times.

If you're looking for fast turn around I'd say go to Savannakhet or Vientiane Lao,

They BOTH are having really, REALLY fast turn around for their eVisas.

Even though you have to go to the consulate in person to pay for the visa after you've applied, they have quick approval times

You have to GO in person to pay for the visa at the consulate in Yangon after you've applied online (This consulate and the two in Lao also do that)

So once you have applied online for the eVisa, you will get a paper you can print out with the QR code that lets you go pay for the visa at the consulate

After you apply you make an appt to show up and pay in person
