What does the "application of stay is under consideration of immigration bureau. Applicant must contact the office on 4th July" means? Do I have to go to the immigration again?

Also can I go to the immigration in Chiang Mai instead of Pattaya?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The phrase "application of stay is under consideration of immigration bureau" means that your visa application is currently being processed, and you are required to visit the immigration office again on July 4th to finalize your application. It is recommended to go to the specified office in Jomtien (Pattaya) as instructed, rather than a different location like Chiang Mai.

You are instructed to report back to the Thai immigration office Jomtien on July 4th to close the "under consideration" stamp placed in your passport.

At Jomtien immigration office...

NOT ANY OTHER ONE.
