What documents do I need to upload for the DTV application in the Netherlands?

Any dutchies here that applied for the DTV in the Netherlands?  I have a few questions in Dutch:

Welke documenten hebben jullie moeten uploaden als police clearance? VOG? En welke documenten hebben jullie geüpload als bewijs dat je in Nederland woont?

En wat als je geen vast adres hebt en energie etc niet op je naam staat? Ik logeer op verschillende adressen?

Good evening, I live here and I help many Dutch friends. For DTV in Netherlands the embassy often asks for proof of good conduct. Most Dutch use VOG from Justis, that is accepted. Some upload recent BRP extract with clean record, but VOG is more safe.

For proof that you live in Netherlands they want BRP extract from your gemeente, plus a bill or bank letter with your Dutch address. Also copy of residence card if you are not Dutch citizen but live there. Keep files in English or with short translation.

VOG moet voldoende zijn. Zou niet weten wat je anders moet geven.

Use a utility bill. Je kan een factuur gebruiken van je gas en Electra. Of van je tv abonnement
