Hi all! 

I have all the necessary proofs and documents to start my application... only I just deposited the 15k into my bankaccount... do I now have to wait 3 months before I apply for my dtv to provide 3 months of account statements?

Each embassy applies its own conditions. If nobody in the group has experience of the Thai Embassy in Belgium maybe try to contact them to ask their local requirements

That depends on the country you apply, in most cases when you apply in the country where you live that is not necessary.

In case you are a visa tourist it might be different.
